Called Casco this week to unclog my sink. 2nd time I have used them (different issues each time). Richard came out on time, gave me a reasonable quote and fixed the issue right away. They are great to deal with and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks!
RJ came out and gave our old system a thorough exam - told us that one element was out completely and the second was near the end of its life. Our water heater is 8 years old and we have very hard water. He was very patient, even though he ran into some problems that were beyond his control. He was able to resolve everything quickly and gave us work that met our expectations.
