We've been taking our dogs here for about two years now and have always been very happy with both the customer service and the grooming the dogs receive. All the staff are always very friendly and have gone the extra mile for us, they do follow up reminders so we don't forget our appointment, and they remember small little details about the dogs that we certainly appreciate. We also love that it's crate/cage/kennel free and the dogs wait in their own little rooms/stalls which I believe makes all the dogs more comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. Thanks Sage, Hannah, and everyone else!

As new puppy parents, we wanted someone with patience and professionalism to groom our baby Mocha. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Hannah and Sage explained her grooming process to put our minds at ease. We want to express our deep gratitude and appreciation to Sage and the team for handling Mocha with compassion and care. Our sweet girl is so happy.
