Do not trust Hawkins Heating & Cooling.This company is horrible. We used them because our home warranty directed us to them to fix our upstairs ac. They are so hard to get a hold of. On top of that, the one & only technician they have, came out to diagnose the issue but left without letting me know he just put 2 huge cracks in our ceiling while in the attic. When I called to ask about it, he talked to me like he didn't know what I was talking about & made sure to let me know that he's been doing this for a while & would of known if he did that. TERRIBLE COMPANY NEVER CAME BACK TO REFIX A/C PROBLEM HE WAS PAID TWICE TO FIX IN 6 DAYS ON 3RD VISIT THEY SAID I NEEDED A COIL REPLACED WOULD CALL THAT AFTERNOON WITH PRICE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN
CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY THEY FIXED IT AND HAS BEEN OK SINCE THEN
