He told me this could happen and the insurance company would say it wouldn't be covered. He stayed until it was decided. He offered me other solutions and his equipment helped my son get basement dried out. He even followed up and told me exactly what needed to be done after my son was able to remove the carpet and padding. It is all dry now. It will be a long recovery. Baby steps until it is redone.
