Patrick came out right after he got the call about my basement flooding. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance company. He told me this could happen and the insurance company would say it wouldn't be covered. He stayed until it was decided. He offered me other solutions and his equipment helped my son get basement dried out. He even followed up and told me exactly what needed to be done after my son was able to remove the carpet and padding. It is all dry now. It will be a long recovery. Baby steps until it is redone. We used M3 Restorations for repairs to our home following water damage due to a water leak. Necessary repairs included sheet rock repair, painting and floor replacement.
