The employee that came for initial visit was very informative as to how he was investigating the water damage and mold. He further explained the process as to how the damage and mold would be removed. The employees that came were clean and efficient. They made me feel comfortable w the process and I felt safe again w all of it removed. The cost was reasonable as well. I would trust GearClean again to make my home safe.

John is an amazing guy and will promise you the sun and the moon and the stars and do whatever it is you need to make it happen. His crew however, that's a different story.Our house caught fire on 3/2/22, it declared a total loss by the insurance company. John came out, surveyed the situation and a few days later, his crew with a moving truck, came and loaded up everything we wanted saved. Including, my wives family jewelry that we dug through the rubble to find. I asked the shorter gentleman with the red beard and hair if they could clean it up, he assured me they could.
