“Hepler homes is absolutely fantastic for constructing custom homes. I would give them more stars if I could. Below is my genuine and detailed thoughts:
1. Cost Estimation. This is the first thing you come up to Dave. Instead of asking money for estimation (and only return if you sign up contract and lock you in), Dave took his time and provide free estimation for our home before we sign up. This is a huge plus and big reason we choose Hepler Homes
2. Communication. Dave and Amber has provided to me the most excellent communication on all construction details, subcontractor matters and any problems we had during the entire construction phase. Their construction app is very easy to use and hassle free and helps you to communicate on daily basis. Amber usually respond your questions within hours and if not, at least the same day .
3. Professionalism. Dave and Ron is very experienced in home construction and has gone through with me on all potential issues and pros and cons for different decisions. The workmanship is fantastic and the finished home is nothing but wonderful.
4. Subcontractor selections. Dave has a really good relationship with his subcontractors and their workmanship are all trustworthy from my experience.
I would surely recommend you to give a shot to Helper homes when you do the research on the custom home builder.“

“The whole team was terrific. I felt comfortable with them working in my home while my family was there. Each day they communicated what had been done and what was going to be done the next day. When bumps came up, as often happens in remodels, options were given and discussed. Suggestions were given and my concerns were quickly gone. The end result was a bathroom remodel in my budget that was in line with the original proposal. I am eager to have them work more in my house.“

“We needed our front porch replaced as it was neglected over the years by us as and had carpenter bee damage. I went on his website, filled out the form to have someone contact me and within 24 hours he was reaching out to come give an estimate. After he got here he found that our gutters were basically pieced together which was causing them to leak which was also causing damage to our porch and drainage issues around my house. He was very thorough and took his time with everything and answered any and all my questions without making me feel dumb. He took care of the permit for our porch and he was also very considerate of me having to take my dog outside while he was working on the porch as unfortunately that’s the only way out with stairs right now. I have gotten many compliments on my porch since its completion. He was done in September but now in December he called to follow up to make sure we were still satisfied with his work and if we have any issues. He takes pride in his work and does a fantastic job. I would recommend him any day of the week.“

“Couldn’t find anyone in the area to work on my outside Taylor wood-stove but then I was lucky enough to find Eddie! He answered my calls promptly, came to my rescue, left to get the parts we needed to fix it and came right back!! He is very personable and down to earth, very willing to do what you need to fix your problem!! I wish I would have gotten a wood stove from him years ago!! highly recommend Eddie!!!

“Company should be 5/5 stars. I was confused then looked and people are giving 1/5 stars for not getting a phone call back. People are too entitled these days. Great company. Isaac is very attentive. We had many estimates to build a 1700 SQ ft addition onto our house. Isaac and his team are very hard working and do quality work. Their price is also very fair compared to other companies we interviewed. I have used other popular contractors in the area in the past, one to finish my basement which were much more expensive for essentially the same quality of work. Would not hesitate to hire again.“

“Floors & More Design Center recently painted our family room and replaced the baseboards and carpet in our family room and office. We had suffered water damage from heavy rains that overwhelmed our sump pump. When the workers arrived, they went right to work. They were focused, efficient, and paid attention to detail. When the carpet installers finished, they moved the furniture (couches, large desk, piano, bookcase, etc.) to our desired positions. In a word, all of the workers’ efforts and results were nothing short of outstanding!“
