William was very prompt and helpful! Will definitely contact rotorooter again
Zak was very professional and explained the work that had to be completed. My wife called with our issue and they were at our house within an hour. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again!!
The scheduling was confusing. When the gentleman left he said between 10a-2p the next day. In the morning I got a text that the appointment changed to 10a-11a. However the app said 2p-3p. Despite trying to figure out when they were actually coming from the dispatchers all day I ended up wasting my day waiting. They didn’t come until 230p. When they finally arrived, they were so nice and professional. They did outstanding work and I would recommend them to others. Despite the frustration from scheduling I am totally satisfied with the service.
