I had a terrific experience with the Toano store from start to finish. I actually hesitated to go forward with a purchase based on the negative online reviews, but my multiple interactions with the store mgr (cannot remember name) and store assoc, Chelsea, were reassuring. While I was debating whether to proceed with a purchase, Chelsea let me know about a rebate being offered, but misquoted the rebate. The store mgr honored the quoted rebate, without me asking him to do so--outstanding customer service which led me to move forward on the purchase.
