Excellent workmanship! I had numerous items including: blazers / dresses /pants / shirts and quite a few shoes including: flats, heels, loafers, casual and dress, both men and women. Everything was quality. Everything was done as requested. Best of all: all of the recommendations worked perfectly!! Yes, payment is upfront, as is normal in this area. Prices are comparable. The customer service excellent!!! Thank you so much!!!

I purchased 2 items there for $2.50 each. Returned the next week to purchase 4 more of the same item and the price had doubled. I questioned the descrepancy and was told they could not get more from their supplier. Is it good business practice to do a price mark up to the customer while searching for new supplier?

All told, I had over 2 dozen shoes that needed various repairs. They took care of them all in less than 1 week! The only negative is that it was a bit pricey (they averaged $15+ just to replace the heel taps, on numerous pairs of shoes too). In the future, I'll definitely ask for a volume discount.
