The price for two pairs of shoes was fair — $50. On one pair, they did a really good job! The heel was completely destroyed, and they restored it as much as possible — I truly appreciate that. No complaints there.
However, on my other pair, the job was much simpler — all that needed to be done was gluing a few parts together — and that still wasn’t done properly. I had to come back twice, and it was still unfinished.
I decided not to go back a third time and will just fix it myself. I’m sharing this review so others can be aware — if you do go there, make sure to double-check that your repair is fully done before leaving.
