The price for two pairs of shoes was fair — $50.
On one pair, they did a really good job! The heel was completely destroyed, and they restored it as much as possible — I truly appreciate that. No complaints there.

However, on my other pair, the job was much simpler — all that needed to be done was gluing a few parts together — and that still wasn’t done properly. I had to come back twice, and it was still unfinished.

I decided not to go back a third time and will just fix it myself.
I’m sharing this review so others can be aware — if you do go there, make sure to double-check that your repair is fully done before leaving.

I was hesitant about going here since the reviews are so bad, but they did a really great job. I would definitely go back! They fixed the soles of my boots quickly in November, and they have lasted ever since!

Excellent workmanship! I had numerous items including: blazers / dresses /pants / shirts and quite a few shoes including: flats, heels, loafers, casual and dress, both men and women. Everything was quality. Everything was done as requested. Best of all: all of the recommendations worked perfectly!! Yes, payment is upfront, as is normal in this area. Prices are comparable. The customer service excellent!!! Thank you so much!!!
