I was happy with the service there. I needed a comforter cleaned (that could not fit in my washer), so I brought it there. They told me it was $30 and it would be ready on Saturday (dropped it off on Monday AM). I made the payment upfront and pick-up was super easy, just needed to present my claim ticket. Customer service was great and I plan to go back to use their service again. It's close to home for me too!
