I sincerely appreciate the level of professionalism and knowledge Bdefined offers in a well-appointed, clean atmosphere. The workouts bring out the "beast" in me...able to tackle anything or anyone! I have been inspired since the day this studio opened.
This is an amazing gym! The trainers are experts in their field and design customized training, health and wellness programs to help you achieve your goals! It is a very professional and extremely clean gym. I love coming here and always feel great when I leave. It does not matter what your fitness level is, they will take great care of you and it is a very supportive environment. This is one of my favorite places in Williamsburg!
