My dress needed to be steamed so I called this morning at 7:30 am (was told to bring the dress in so they could see it), dropped my dress off at 7:35 and was able to pick it up at 11:00... I didn’t know if it would be able to be done in time before I left the area, but they somehow did it perfectly! The lady who measured the alterations was very kind and gentle and they even had a curtained section for changing. I’m not sure if she was the one who did the alterations, but whoever did, did it exactly how I wanted! It was expensive, but that was expected with the amount of clothes I brought it, the time frame I requested, and the quality I got in return.
