Good price. BUT a couple of times, they did not clean blazers I paid for because of existing damage on blazers. The first time it happened, they did not even tell me that my blazer was not cleaned. I only noticed weeks later when I was going to use the blazer and noticed the tag they put on the blazer that said came in damaged condition. The second time, they told me but both times I was not refunded what I paid. The second time they said they would put back on my credit card but after a week, I have not seen it. Pay attention in case this happens to you and make sure you are refunded for non-service.

I have been a loyal customer of the cleaners in the Fairfax area since they first opened, and without a doubt, they are the best. Ms. Noemi's customer service is truly remarkable, as she consistently greets customers with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to assist them.
