I have been a loyal customer of the cleaners in the Fairfax area since they first opened, and without a doubt, they are the best. The staff members, particularly Ms. Noemi, are exceptional in their service. Ms. Noemi's customer service is truly remarkable, as she consistently greets customers with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to assist them. Her dedication and attentiveness make the overall experience at the cleaners truly phenomenal.

ZIPS employees Rina and Daniel have always exhibited a high level of professionalism and have provided top level customer service during my many visits. My clothes are always prepared as expected and cost appropriate. Always ready to serve with a friendly demeanor and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork from drop-off to pick-up.
