From Karen's first call about a little 1 year old shih tzu that needed a new home back in 2009, to Dr Trout's creative and steadfast care over most of his long life, to Dr Clark's excellent care and sound advice even on his very last day. And to all the staff who held him, spoke sweetly in his ear, calmed his fears and took the very best care of him we could have ever asked for....thank you! You are all part of our family and we'll never forget how you loved our Wally too. He stayed with us for 16 1/2 years thanks to the unmatched care at NBAH and we salute you all with our gratitude and love.”
