Great experience for the first visit for our kitten. I like that there are separate waiting spaces for cats and dogs, even kids! Everything was clean, we were seen right on time. The vet was very personable and we didn't feel hurried about asking questions.
Appreciate their professional, courteous and efficient service. I have been a dog owner for years and experienced many veterinary offices. New Baltimore has earned my trust and confidence.
Everyone here is excellent, I am always in and out, I also got my dog neutered and they treated him excellent and with lots of love. They are always supportive and answers any concerns I have.
