Palm Beach Tan
“Kat with a K was so kind and professional. There was a difficult guest and she was so patient and accommodating. She dealt with the situation with grace and seasoned professionalism. She answered every question with perfect policy and managed to problem solve and steer standards with the added pressure of a full waiting room. As a hospitality business owner it was not only textbook but a pleasure to observe. Well done.”
