Palm Beach Tan

Kat with a K was so kind and professional. There was a difficult guest and she was so patient and accommodating. She dealt with the situation with grace and seasoned professionalism. She answered every question with perfect policy and managed to problem solve and steer standards with the added pressure of a full waiting room. As a hospitality business owner it was not only textbook but a pleasure to observe. Well done.

From the moment I stepped into the salon I was greeted with a beautiful smile by the manager. She has a heart of gold. I just had to compliment her on how clean and organized the salon was and how calming and peaceful it was. This is a five star salon for sure!!!!

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff who are extremely helpful regarding beds, time, lotions, etc. I have been coming here for my base tan for years. They definitely go out of their way to know you.
