Of the three companies from whom we sought estimates, Peak gave us not only a reasonable price, but Peak was also able to give us a timely work date. Peak employees were always exactly on time with any action (telephone call, computer form, the timely appearance of workers and competent completion of the job.
Of all my compliments, I feel that timeliness is the most crucial, attribute for any company doing a service. (If I were extremely wealthy, I could buy many things. Even body parts, or, if I were wealthy enough, someone could probably be persuaded to think they were in love with me. The one thing impossible to buy is Time. It is difficult to forgive people who treat my time as if it were of little value and I always celebrate those who make it a habit to be prompt! Peak Roofing definitely ranks at the top of that list, and they have earned my fervent thanks!)
It was a pleasure working with Peak Roofing. The Peak staff was friendly, highly efficient and gave excellent customer service. My first contact with Peak was by phone. Peak is extremely fortunate to have Tina and Nicole in Peak’s main office. Both are cordial, pleasant, cheerful, efficient, friendly, patient and easy to understand. Their caring attitude makes you, the customer, feel as if you are one of the Peak family. Hunter Workman came to the house to do an estimate. He did a thorough job of inspecting the roof and then sat down with us to patiently go through all the details and explanations. The crane and roofing staff came exactly when they were scheduled to arrive. Jason W., the foreman, came to the door to tell me that he would be photographing every step of the way. After the crew had finished the job, he painstakingly went over every inch of my property to check for any debris, no matter how tiny, that might have fallen.
I am a very satisfied and happy Peak customer!

“Our attic fan had been squeaking and finally quit. I put a request out on Yelp and Water Shield was quick to respond and came out quickly. They swapped out the fan and gave me good advice on what thermostat setting to use. I asked them to reseal all the flashing and they also recommended applying spray paint to the hot water heater chimney to prevent it from rusting out. They took photos so I could see before and after which saved me the trouble of climbing up to inspect the work. The worker said our roof had a few years left and gave us a quote on the spot when I asked. They had good customer service, were honest and reputable, and did the work for a fair price. Best of all the fan is humming up there nicely and our AC unit can work a little less now. I would definitely recommend Water Shield!“
