Todd Shaffer took one look and knew the problem was from our ridge vents. We had his company replace them and had no more problems. We recently decided to be proactive and replace our 15 year old builders grade roof. We called Mr. Shaffer again and he gave us a very fair, detailed estimate. The whole process was quick and easy. The communication was excellent as we also had to wait for HOA approval.
