We recently worked with Solid Structures to design and install a medium-sized fiberglass pool, complete with hardscape, landscaping, aluminum fencing, a gas heater, deck jets, and lighting. From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, the experience was exceptional.

Scott, the owner, was the first person we met — and we’re so glad we did. He’s genuine, honest, and truly invested in bringing your vision to life. He took the time to understand what we wanted and offered thoughtful design ideas that transformed our backyard into something even better than we imagined.

Once the project began, Jason stepped in as the project manager and was outstanding every step of the way. His communication was constant — daily, and often multiple times throughout the day. He made sure we always knew what to expect, kept us informed of progress, and ensured every detail was being handled. Jason also kept all the crews and teams aligned, ensuring that everyone worked well together, stayed on schedule, and operated efficiently. His leadership made a big difference in how smoothly everything ran.

Jared, the lead pool technician, and Sage, the lead landscaper, brought tremendous skill, care, and pride to their work. Everyone involved demonstrated professional knowledge and expertise, and the entire project — including the pool, hardscape, landscaping, and fencing — was completed in under 30 working days, which is truly impressive.

While a couple of minor issues did arise, as is normal with a project of this size, the team handled each one promptly and professionally, with a clear commitment to doing things right, not just fast.

What really stood out were the small, thoughtful touches. The team pressure-washed areas around the home that may have gotten dusty or dirty during construction, took care not to damage any sidewalks, driveways, or curbs (which is rare with the heavy equipment), and worked respectfully around our neighbors. One especially nice surprise was that they re-mulched all of our flower beds — even the ones that weren’t near the job site. It’s these kinds of details that show how much pride they take in their work.

Solid Structures may be priced a bit higher than other companies, but the professionalism, expertise, timely execution, and top-tier project management made it completely worth the investment. The quality and peace of mind they delivered far exceeded our expectations. I am confident if I have any issues or concerns, they’ll help address them.
