Absolutely amazing company to work with! I am still in shock by how amazing it all came out and the ease of working with everyone! Ryan the sales rep new everything and was able to answer every question. He communicated and was there thru the whole project too. Not just there for a sale which is refreshing. Jason the construction manager and his team sage and Jarrod were awesome to work with and took great care of my yard. Lucky, Montreal and Josh blew me away with the craftsmanship on the deck, Willie did the same with the pavers and Taylor graded my yard perfectly and even went above and beyond power washing my deck stairs and driveway. Very professional and cool group of people to work with.
I can’t recommend Solid Structures enough! We have hired them to rebuild our deck, install our pool patio pavers and ultimately the pool fencing. Each crew member who has been on site has been outstanding. Our experience started with Ryan who helped select our materials, design, layout, and even went above and beyond coordinating with our concrete pool contractor to ensure an overall quality product. He has been in constant contact ensuring the project has gone smoothly. If any site challenges arise, he is immediately reaching out and offering solutions. For the deck project Lucky and Montrel are superior craftsmen. They were meticulous laying out and installing the deck and did a great job coordinating the supplies, permit inspections and installation of the light kit. For the paver pool deck, Mariano and Gabriella were excellent with the site prep and paver installation. They were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen and worked with me to run conduit and some items that really helped me out. The entire solid structures team has been a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t be happier. There has been consistent clear communication on schedule and project cycle. Once the fence is complete we will revise the review however, I anticipate them to once again exceed my expectations.
