“Communication from the office itself regarding scheduling is absolutely a negative. Had some issue with an initial install date showing on my dashboard for weeks only to be changed day prior and pushed out another couple of weeks.
This is the reason for the deduction.

The work on the other hand and installer (s) Alex plus and additional helper (I didn't get the name of) were phenomenal! They arrived late due to traffic issues, apologized profusely and stayed LATE! This was scheduled as a 2 day job, they finished in 1! This definitely saved my experience with this company as my other complaints (many communication/admin complaints not mentioned) would've warranted a 1 star review.
Alex saved my entire experience! My fence is STUNNING I have received many neighbor compliments.“

Our fence and gates looked fantastic from the beginning and, equally important, have continued to look great over time. “I previously had a wood fence installed 22 years ago by the owner Mr. Greg. My wood fence was still standing tall. I decided to replace it with a white vinyl fence. Mr. Greg and his son did a wonderful job. The weather here goes from rain, sleet, freezing and hot. They worked around the crazy weather, even on Saturday.
