The stylist is passionate about delivering personalized care in a tranquil spa setting, ensuring each client feels valued and pampered. The stylist makes client feel welcome and comfortable, fun to talk too, and always likes how hair feels and looks after finishing caring for it. Over years client has great cut, lots of advice and products, and trust for color and the 1st time results that are healthier. The stylist takes time for perfect cut and color, spends time teaching styling techniques, and always has great conversations. The stylist listens, does not rush, and makes sure each service is done well.
This is my 2nd experience with Lorraine. She really hit it out of the ballpark this time. I got the most excellent haircut. Her attention to detail, the hot towels, and her overall hospitality makes a world of difference. From what I've seen with the other customers and experienced, she is definitely an expert in her craft....bar none.
Lorraine is great and I've been going to her for sometime now. She has helped me immensely in my curly/wavy hair journey with a great cut, lots of advice, and products! She is the only one I trusted to get my hair colored for the very 1st time. I loved the results and my hair has never been healthier ❤️
