There was a "long wait" but the wait time was shortened by the efficiency and speed the team here has. Recommend Ashley H if she's working. Nice girl who cut my hair exactly how I asked
Checked in online and showed up at the estimated time. I continued to wait for another 45 minutes. After I was called, I sat down and the stylist was on her phone while she was cutting my hair. She kept leaving and going to the back without explaination. She finished and rang me up. A basic haircut was 30 dollars. I will not be coming back here or any of the other locations.
While busy and with technical issues, when it was my turn they were friendly, professional, thorough and took care of my needs as if I was the only one she was worried about. It's a little pricey, but that's why I keep coming back!
