I visited the Town center location and was met with the most amazing, vibrant and energetic greeting from lead Charmane! I’ve been coming to Ulta for years and as a black woman, I’ve always expected to not be addressed until check out as if it’s standard store policy and procedure, however this interaction was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping at Ulta. Thank you so much Charmane, I felt welcomed, seen and happy to spend dat ish!!!! Thangyaaaa!
