Luciana is absolutely fabulous! I can’t say how much of a privilege it was to meet her and get her advice/help. She walked me through multiple products and their use and all with a smile on her face and a joke ready to go. After having a baby I have a bit of social anxiety but with her the shopping process was an absolute breeze. Thank you so much for your help and guidance and for actually seeming to care about what I go through. It meant more than you know! Xo!

Came yesterday afternoon looking for some gentle skin products. The associate who assisted me was super helpful and a good listener. She gave me good reccomendations within my budget. I didn't catch her name, but she was a lovely short African American woman with very nice makeup. I give her 5 stars

Staff were all busy with other customers so I didn't get my questions answered. The hot tools section is slim pickings and a bit messy with empty boxes in wrong places and no labels on the examples. But the cashier was very friendly.
