Abbey Animal Hospital provides kind and caring service to its clients. The staff is knowledgeable and answers all questions, showing love and care for the animals as if they were their own. The hospital offers doggy daycare, which is great for socialization and exercise. Many clients appreciate the great staff and understanding doctors, especially for urgent needs like orthopedic surgery. Additionally, they see exotics, which is a unique feature. However, some clients have experienced slow service in the office, including long wait times and delays in printing receipts. Some clients have found the prescription prices to be high, with an extra fee for filling prescriptions elsewhere. Despite this, the hospital has received praise for their grooming services and commitment to helping pets, even after visits.
Phenomenal pet care! We've been bringing our pets here for almost a decade. Routine checks, common procedures, and urgent issues - all handled with care. They're great at being mindful of finances and payment plans are available (third party).
I had a really great first experience with Abbey Animal Hospital. The receptionists were helpful and friendly with scheduling a new patient, urgent appointment for my rat. It was wonderful to hear the excitement and joy all around the clinic to have him as a patient. They really love rats there! The vet assistant was careful, helpful, and super friendly too. I really appreciate the urgency from the vet and clinic to get him care, and 2 days later he’s improved significantly. Really impressed with the entire experience! And I loved the beautiful birds outside near the door.
Fur babies are never cheap, but this place has never steered us wrong in all of the years we've been coming here. Our cat is 16 and our corgi is 13 this year and they've played a huge part in keeping them healthy. We're excited to have two 8 month old pups on wellness plans and look forward to a long healthy time together!
