First of all, this is not one of those paid reviews. Before choosing an HVAC company, we got several estimates and carefully compared our options. After meeting with multiple companies, we decided that Ronald’s HVAC was the best choice for our home. What stood out immediately was that Mr. Ronald personally came to our home, sat down with us, and thoroughly explained our options. One of the issues he identified was the need to replace the ductwork in our attic—something we already suspected needed attention. Once we decided to move forward with Ronald’s HVAC, his team got to work and did an outstanding job. In just two days, they removed all of the old ductwork, installed new ductwork, and completed the system installation. The professionalism, organization, and quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Before this installation, our upstairs never got below 85 degrees during the summer, and we made it through the last few years largely thanks to window units. Now, if we set the thermostat below 74 degrees, we’re reaching for blankets. Mr. Ronald recommended installing a two-zone system for our two-story home, and the difference has been remarkable. Just eight days later, the system is performing exactly as promised, keeping both floors comfortable and evenly cooled. What really impressed me was their honesty. When other companies came out for estimates, I specifically asked about the ductwork. Some said they couldn’t work in the attic because it was too hot, while others claimed replacing the ductwork wasn’t necessary and that a larger system alone would solve the problem. Ronald’s HVAC took the time to address the root issue instead of offering a quick fix. This is a well-organized, family-operated company that genuinely cares about its customers. This morning after it snowed overnight, my sister's heater stopped working. We called Ronald's Heating & Cooling and he came over within the hour. Even though he did not have the part in his truck, he went out and came back to fix the heater. He explained the issue and came back to replaced the defective part. I 100% recommend Ronald's Heating & Cooling! His number is defintely going into my phone!
