Lesly Cromwell is a lifesaver!!! I had a hair nightmare two days before I had to leave for my wedding and needed a serious miracle. My mother reached out to her stylist, Helen, who quickly got back to her with Leslys contact info. I called Lesly, she answered and said that although she was off, she would be able to see me the following day!!! I came in, she listened, she was mindful of my hair health and just did absolute wonders with what she had to work with. She really knows what she’s doing! I have been coming here for 7 years. I mostly come for a Brazilian and could not say enough great things about this place. Joann (the owner) does a quick and fabulous job each time! Prices have always been reasonable and she always works with me when booking appointments. She is wonderful and runs a respectable business. Joann takes care of her staff and customers. Highly recommend!

Lesley Cromwell from Papillon Hair Studio is an amazing, pleasant, and friendly hairstylist. Ever since I came to Virginia Beach 8 years ago, I have been going to her religiously. I have gone to a couple other highly-rated and award-winning salons in those 8 years spontaneously, but I always revert back to Lesley. She listens to what I want, but would also suggest a hairstyle and color that best fits me. I trust her instinct and I'm glad I do because my hair always ends up being better than I could ever imagine.
