We have used this company for years. They are great at scheduling our services and being here on time. They do a great job with every aspect of our pest control issues to include addressing our moisture control issues in the crawl space. Today, they blew us away. We had our house treated for termites (preventative) by them back in 2013. Normally treatments need to be updated every 5-8 years in this area. We were prepared to hear that we needed a re-treat. They arrived, on time and did a thorough inspection, inside and out, to include the crawl space. To our surprise, they said everything looked good and could wait another year to be reinspected. If there is anything wrong in the crawl space, it might not be easy to find someone for the repair job. Many companies such as JES have a minimum cost requirement. That is, they would not work on a small repair job if the estimated repair cost is below the minimum limit. I had some damaged insulation patches in the crawl space. Submitted an online request and got a call from JES. I was surprised that they would be interested in such a small repair job, but the person insisted that they would send someone for an estimate.
