I am NOT a fan of this organization. I entrusted the care of my mother to them to handle her finances. They rarely visited her at the facility. Didn't know of the condition of the facility or the many falls she had. Outside of what my family made them aware of. I believe the Jewish family service told the Hospital to pull the plug on my mother after experience a real bad sepsis infection.

Very disrespectful people my dad was in there care the so called woman who took over his care saying I'm not his daughter I'm daughter this company needs too go out of business very unprofessional my dad passed away March 26 this year sad thing is I saw that Monday I told I was coming back i went too see that Friday come too find out my dad passed away two days ago nobody called me not even the so called lady who took care of him she had my phone number I had too go too were he was too see a housekeeper cleaning his room I asked were my dad he said go talk to the nurse so I did she told me my dad passed away Wednesday I said too her why nobody called me she said I was...read full review

They are the most trifling services I have ever seen years and the way ,they treat their clients is absurd ...
My mother in law and some other clients I have known Have been treated so poorly ,.. I would never recommend them to anyone ... A matter of fact I think the state should be ashamed to have so much garbage taken care of these clients .I think the state should really look into what they call good care ... This place is an abomination and should be shut down and their workers should have a job at Wendy's not taking care of other people ,the way they treat humans is sickening...a oNe star just to post ... Complete rubbish
