I’d like the following office ladies to be honored with a 5 star review: Dana, Celeste, Donya’, & Asja. You & your staff have been great to communicate with. You have always tried to address any issues &/or concerns that we may have. I’m very appreciative of your efforts to help us & keep us informed with mom’s scheduling as well as trying to resolve any personnel issues that may arise. I would also like the following regular caregivers for Mom to also be recognized for their 5 star care. Beginning with Mom’s overnight regular caregivers, Joyce, is a true professional with her nursing background. She has been so caring and reassuring to my mom each night. I know I never have to worry when Joyce is on duty. Montina, who I have reviewed before, continues to always be upbeat and her experience shines through her care each Sunday night. Also, I’d like to recognize her weekday morning regular caregiver, Jaelah-her cheery disposition and attentiveness to mom’s personal care as well as daily meal prep and housekeeping has been ideal. She has also been excellent in passing important information (verbal & written) on to the caregivers following her shift. Kenni, who I have reviewed before, again deserves a 5 star rating. Mom has hit it off with her from Day 1. K, as we nicknamed her, has a big heart, is a hard worker, and her easy going demeanor has been perfect. Mom truly loves K. Cheryl has been wonderful in filling in for various shift times. I appreciate her flexibility to be available. Without being asked, she always sees to it that mom’s home is clean as well as her laundry. Her medical background & experience shows as she is understanding when mom may not be having a good day. She knows how to go with the flow. I would like to also recognize some of her more recent regulars on the schedule; Beverly, Ronda & Donna. All of them have been attentive and caring. Lastly, id like to recognize, although she is now gone from the company & I have reviewed before, Nancy D, mom’s Saturday overnight caregiver. She was absolutely wonderful-her quiet nature provided the calming reassurance mom needed at night. Her experience showed through—if mom had an uncomfortable night at times, Nancy always knew how to make her more comfortable. She is truly missed.

I've worked with the company for several years, it's was one of the best thing I've ever done in my history of working. Always reaching out to the elderly.
