He stayed long enough for the intermittent issue to recur, systematically traced it to a failing zone damper actuator, and even devised a temporary workaround to keep our home comfortable while the replacement part is ordered. I was concerned that my system wasn't keeping up through this heat wave but he assured me that it's pretty normal for this spell of 100+ temps. He came out and checked my system and assured me everything was fine besides a dirty filter which he cleaned. Definitely recommend
