Since this firm bought out Richmond Alarm Company, the service has declined and price increased. We now get frequent calls from a call center in India reminding us to pay invoices we auto-pay every month. Avoid this large firm at all costs. We found a locally owned company that will take over monitoring for half the cost.Or get a Ring or Nest and DIY it. Never again. Never again.
