Highly recommend! Quick to respond, professional, communicative, punctual, courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after the system was installed. Most importantly, they are LOCAL and Danny took the time to listen and suggest different options for an HVAC system that would sufficiently fit my home and budget. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no taking advantage of the situation during the extreme heat; just options available to choose from. Lori was fabulous at communicating expectations and checking in on satisfaction.
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any help with their hvac system. They are not money/new appliance driven like other companies are. They truly work with you and wants what's best for you and the system you have. Everyone I've talked to within the company is polite and accommodating. Frankie came out to diagnose my system for me and was so polite and took time to explain everything to me which I appreciated so much. I noticed I was having issues with my thermostat on a Sunday afternoon and called several HVAC companies to help. Two scheduled me a week away and two said the office would call me back the next day. Luckily, I ran into my neighbor who told me to call Fair Mechanical. Danny replied right away and squeezed me into their schedule the next morning so I wouldn’t be without AC in the heat! The technician was great and fixed the problem quickly. They are a nice honest company who cares and I will continue to use them in the future.
