Bill solved our issue in the simplest and quickest way possible. He was very responsive and clearly put the customer first. Bottom line, he sets a high bar for solving your exact issue (in our case, with our AC air handler) and not trying to charge a fortune (great value). A++ and thank you!
Had Bill and Moris come out to fix my A/C problem of no cooling action. The service was very professional, prompt, and fast. They carefully checked the unit for other issues and found another problem of low freon. They showed me the gauges and explained their readings before and after putting freon.This was especially appreciated since the refrigerant is considerable addition to the total cost. While being very efficient in their work, they didn't rush and answered a couple of my general A/C question and mentioned what to watch out for as freon leaks.The price was very reasonable and for such a professional service I was happy to pay. Mr Martin and the folks over at Tidewater Plumbing and Heating are simply a God send! They are so humble and honest and helpful - I can't say enough great things about them. My air conditioning went out on the hottest of days recently - thankfully Mr Martin & his a/c knowledge and experience, were able to have me up & running and at a very competitively priced cost. 5 starts isn't enough for them but it's the most we can give here ...
