Recently, my boy Loki had his bff’s move away and went from feeling like he was part of a pack to being the only dog. He’s never been an only dog. He was super depressed and anxious. I’d never seen him like this before. So he started visiting Ruff House this week for daycare and after the 2nd visit, he started getting excited in the mornings when I was heading to work (like he had a routine now and was expecting to go to daycare). Guess it’s gonna be a thing now since it seems to make him happy. He’s still not his super derpy and playful self, but he’s healing and getting better, and that’s all that matters. Thanks everyone at Ruff House!

I am so happy we found The Ruff House! I have one very outgoing dog and another semi untrusting one so it means the world that the staff can handle and love both. The staff is always extremely sweet and I can tell my dogs have no problem going with them. Also the front lobby remodel looks AMAZING!
I love the photos I get after every playtime, I can’t express what an added bonus is when your not with your pets but get to see what them having fun. My husband and I laughed so hard at the funny photos the staff took of us!
Vinny clearly enjoyed his time, he has not left the couch since coming home! (Picture below)
I tried three other kennels in the VB area before finding them, and I promise I will never go anywhere else!
Five stars, hands down. I've been bringing my dog Cali here for about four years now and they've never once let us down. The pricing is reasonable for the level of care you get, and the standard canine accommodations are genuinely well thought out, giving the dogs the freedom to move between indoor and outdoor space on their own rather than waiting around for staff to take them out.
Cali isn't the most easygoing girl when it comes to other dogs, so I was always a little hesitant about group playtime, but the team accommodates her with one-on-one attention instead, and she absolutely loves it. This last stay was 12 days, which is longer than we usually do, and when we… read full review
