“When a simple teeth cleaning and X-ray appt. comes up I cringe as you never know how thorough the Dental Tech that’s assigned to you is going to be. On 06/27/25, I arrived after a 3 hour drive for my 8 am appt., I’m always greeted with smiles by a positive professional admin staff. Okay I said to myself “I wonder whats next.” I was greeted by a smiling enthusiastic young lady, being skeptical as a patient I was concerned a bit. Let me tell you, this young lady is not only professional, I found out quickly why you shouldn’t be judgemental. She proved me wrong! In my 59 years I have had my teeth cleaned all over the world though I’m no expert my experiences have never been performed by anyone who was as knowledgeable and absolutely thorough, there’s no doubt in my mind had someone else been assigned to me, they would have missed seeing the start of an infection under my teeth. The X-ray did not reveal this issue unless really scrutinized. She then pointed out what she had seen to the Dentist. Okay you must be saying Mr. that’s normal, what’s your point? My point is simple; had a seasoned Dental Tech been assigned to me a they may have missed the infection or dismissed the problem believing they have done the job for years, this patient is fine plus the Dentist has enough on his plate. I call this professional complacency. I thank all involved for such a wonderful experience and identifying an infection that if no identified could have caused some serious health complications.

“I came in for my 6 month dental cleaning. Daniel has the best bedside manner and is very gentle.
I had a panoramic Xray but the doc didn’t take a look at it and didn’t do a dental exam after Daniel was done. I found that unusual. Of course I’ll give the Dr the benefit of the doubt because he’s new. I’m not sure what his protocols are when it comes to 6 month cleanings.“
