One of my floor joists was cut to run plumbing for a toilet drain into the crawl space. Matt & Jordan from Bay Crawl did a great job structurally repairing the compromised joist using two jacks and sistering the cut portion of the joist. This was my second experience with Bay Crawl and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Called Bay Crawl Space to check out my Dehumidifier issue.Chris A. came over. Reason for call was a weird odor while dehuwas running. He verified correct operation of system includingthe water discharge pump. He showed me a picture of the drier air exiting the dehu as measured by his moisture meter. He discussed with me some other issues in my crawl space. He was very polite and professional. I have had Bay for about 3 years. They were the installers of the dehumidifier and sump pump system in my crawlspace.They always go the extra mile and give you a great deal on repairor installation. A very dependable company.

I already had a crawlspace encapsulation from Bay....but some years later needed some adjustments on my sump pumps. Matt and Jordan came out and did a great job. They listened to the "symptoms" I was having and took care of everything. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Again, great job. Bay came highly recommended to me.....and I would recommend Bay to others.
