I traveled to Virginia Beach from Houston, Texas, and was in a pinch to get a haircut and blowout for an impromptu event my boyfriend surprised me with. I was lucky enough to come across Bloom beauty bar on Google, scheduled an online appointment with ease, and met the sweetest most capable Hairstylist✂️ I’ve encountered in quite some time. Desire was very receptive to what I was looking for and made me look absolutely beautiful when I walked out the door an hour and a half later. So happy with my color services from Bloom Beauty Bar. Leiah listens and blends colors beautifully. The cut she designed for me flows so well and makes my wavy, course hair so easy to style. My hair feels so healthy and soft. I highly recommend this salon.
