We used Banfield's services last week for my small dog. He is on the OWP for senior animals and this was a regular comprehensive check-up for him. All was good on the comprehensive exam! I requested some extra services as well and the results of one of those turned out to be a lot more than what we'd expected. But, the circumstances were handled well by the whole staff, I was briefed on the situation, and we made a forthcoming plan to circumvent this happening again, along with a timely appt to check on the little dog's progress.
