The Animal Medical Center is a veterinary facility known for its pleasant and accommodating environment. The staff are friendly, jovial, and take the time to explain situations and listen to concerns. The veterinary doctors are knowledgeable and have a great "bedside" manner, genuinely caring for the animals. They ensure that all necessary information is clearly communicated and are flexible with requests. Many customers have shared positive experiences, noting how the center goes above and beyond in times of need, especially when pets face health challenges. The facility is consistently clean and has been highly praised for their care and attention towards pets, with staff showing genuine concern for their wellbeing. However, there is still room for improvement in digitizing record-keeping and reducing wait times for appointments. The Animal Medical Center is a wonderful place to take pets, providing superior care whether veterinary or boarding, and they are always ready to check on pets after treatment.
The team of vets and the entire staff at Animal Medical Center are phenomenal professionals! Our pups routinely are seen at the clinic on Shore Drive as well and we love them all! Our elderly poodles recently had dental work done at the Mill Dam location with Dr. Brown and she was wonderful from start to finish!! She routinely updated us on the pups status throughout the procedure, reassured our worries with the utmost empathy, and was so professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommended this team!!!!

Animal Medical Center has taken care of my Brussels Griffon Izzie for many years. We lost Izzie our Brussels Griffon on March 25, 2022. Izzie’s doctors were Doctor Koegel and Doctor Davis. Doctor Davis was very sensitive and caring during Izzie’s illness and tried to prepare us for the end of her life. Izzie was a sweet baby girl who did not warm up to many people, but she really liked Kimmie. We now have a baby boy Brussels Griffon Riley. Riley fell in love with Dr. Koegel and his Auntie Kimmie immediately! Animal Medical Center doctors and staff really care about their fur patients. I highly recommend Animal Medical Center.

Just LOVE Animal medical Center who have taken care of many of our dogs over the years!! They show the ultimate care! My dog strained her foot and the next morning Eileen called to check on her and see if we needed to bring her in! You could hear the concern in her voice and I was so happy to let her know she was doing better! This is the place to go and it is evident that they will treat your pets like their very own! ❤️?
