My kitty of 14 years collapsed and we rushed to Ally who got us in very quickly. Best staff and pet doctor ever. The vet was extremely compassionate. I highly recommend using Ally for your fur baby.
I was so worried about my Spencer - I called and spoke with Debbie on the phone. She was amazing and calming. Had me send in pictures to review with the doctor before we made the decision to come. After discussing his condition - I did bring him in. The online check in is fantastic. We could wait in our home where he was most comfortable before going in. The added bonus of being an AMC patient made anything I forgot in my worried state easy for them to access. Once there - we were taken back to a room quickly. Our tech that did intake was fantastic and so kind (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name). Dr Renfro was also so kind and patient with my 100 questions. Her exam was thorough and the care plan was straight forward and to the point. The estimate was presented honestly and without chance of getting shocked at the total on checkout - frankly it was not at all bank-breaking and I appreciated that! I could overhear them all working on my Spencer in the back and I smiled and finally could relax listening to them talk with him and care for him like he was their own. That made my heart so at ease and relieved. Thank you for making this worried dog mama feel so respected and heard and for making Spencer feel better!
I called on a Sunday to get my dog Sorin in and they were able to get me in that afternoon. He’s feeling much better and I just wanted to say thank you! I was very concerned when I brought him in and you guys were able to get us both sorted out. Shoutout to Charlie who answered the phone and dealt with my many questions!
