“I saw on the Vienna Tattoo site that they had walk ins. This was after the snow and they were still there with clients. I was super surprised. From the moment I walked in, the shop felt warm, welcoming and relaxed. I was telling the staff that this was weird (in a good way) that it was more like hanging out with friends and catching up with old friends rather than a typical appointment. The entire staff was friendly, supportive, and made the place feel warm and comfortable right away.

Maia ended up working on my piece. Her work is extremely precise, and her attention to detail really shows. She showed me several options. I was particular about placement and sizing, and she was incredibly patient, taking the time to re-stencil multiple times. Lol I think I was being annoyingly particular to be honest. I also had some scar coverups that I wanted done that was an unbalanced surface. She just wanted to make it perfect. She’s really friendly and her communication throughout the process was friendly, clear and thoughtful. She let me know what she was doing in every step and answered all the questions I had. It was obvious she genuinely cared about getting things right.

The shop is a vibe! The place was very clean and professional, and the overall experience felt a casual hang out with a group of friends . Maia also gave very clear aftercare instructions. I told the staff that I had to stop by the store to pick up some ointment and healing lotion afterwards but they gave me several packets of A and D ointment and lotion/balm that will last me through the healing process, which I really really appreciated because it saved me from a trip to the store with the nightmare parking lots after the snow!

If you’re looking for a spot for awesome work with real life, non robotic people this is the spot! Go there with confidence that they can take your ideas and get it into reality. I’m definitely coming back
