If there is such a thing as a perfect Sales Rep (John) and a perfect Contractor (Zeke),then Falcon Roofing and Solar gets my vote for the First Place Prize Winners. They are absolutely the closest thing to perfection; Both of these young men were perfect gentlemen, both of them were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. They explained every detail about how and when the job would be done. They drew pictures and they took the time to patiently explain every step of the way and they were the ones who met with our insurance representative and put the entire package together for us. I've had other people come by and discuss getting solar, but John actually listened to what I was looking for out of solar and convinced me to hear them out further. Ricardo then continued with the same professionalism throughout the estimate process. This combined with a very clear and competitive rates convinced me to go ahead with the project. Within weeks they had the panels installed and were highly communicative and proactive throughout the entire process. Literally THE BEST solar experience! My process was quick and seamless! The pricing was the best of 5 different providers. The communication was A1. After county approval, my system was installed in a few weeks, which is incredible compared to what the other companies were forecasting. I am absolutely thrilled with my panels and my decision to go with Falcon Solar!
