We used Ideal Construction for our two-story addition (kitchen, family room, master bed/bath and unfinished basement). Zaid and his team had done several other projects in our neighborhood, and came highly recommended.
We met with several architects and design-build firms before hiring Ideal. The other bids were far higher, and many of them seemed very inflexible about design. Zaid, on the other hand, presented us with several options, and continually worked with us to refine our plan until we got exactly what we wanted.

It is difficult to think of any aspect of our construction project they did not do well.We appreciated their consistent quick responsiveness, clear communication, attention to detail, flexibility, consultation and consideration of our views, coordination and planning, (the right supplies and people at the right time), Their skilled work crews were polite and considerate, showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day.
