Southern Trace LLC
“We had a wonderful experience building our custom home with Southern Trace Builders. From start to finish, they were excellent communicators—always keeping us informed, answering our questions quickly, and making sure we felt confident in every decision along the way.
The quality of the finished product truly speaks for itself. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall execution exceeded our expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about delivering a great home, not just completing a project.
Warren was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Having someone so responsive and supportive made the custom home building experience much less stressful.
We’re so happy with our home and would absolutely recommend Southern Trace Builders to anyone looking to build.”
