He had to juggle the multiple different parts of our lake home deck and screened porch project. Ben, the project developer, came to my house the next business day to assess the project. He was pleasant and informative, and came up with some great ideas to complement my own wishes. I received the quote just a few days later. The agreed-upon budget was in the ballpark of my own rough estimate.
