We replaced a roof that was 24+ years old and was starting to show its age. We were given quotes for both repair and replacement and opted to just replace the roof knowing the existing issues from loosening/missing shingles was most likely only going to become more frequent. We had a knowledgeable sales rep who was very helpful with the process. The roofing team showed up early and worked diligently to get the job done on time. The estimator was good in explaining the process of replacing my roof.He was not pushing at all , but listening to my questions and concerns that I had about my solar panels.The clerical staff was very good in reaching out to me, plus keeping me informed of dates with the schedule.

I called and set up an appt for an estimate. Titus called the next day and came by to give the estimate. They kept me informed the whole time as to when my material would be ready. Once it all came in and called to set up the installation. David called and informed me of the plans for the day. Also, called during the installation and gave me updates. His crew did a great job, very professional and excellent clean up. I’d use them again if needed and recommend to my friends and family.
