Southern Trace was pretty good all around. They did an ok job for starters and they also saved me a ton of money by coming up with a simple solution to a leak that other companies wanted to rip off and replace. That being said the roof I had replaced had a skylight in it. When they installed the new flashing it was done incorrectly and leaked. After several trips to try to repair it they did figure out what the problem was and repaired all of the interior damage as well. I took off one star for the incorrect installation but they at least stood behind the work and weren't satisfied until it was fixed.

Southern Trace replaced my roof this fall and I couldn't be happier with the results. They completed the job as scheduled and as quoted. Warren was knowledgable and professional, thoroughly explained the process, the materials and the results that I could expect. The Southern Trace crew did an awesome job!

Southern Trace built a covered porch for us. They were very responsive, the workers were extremely professional an they completed the job in a timely manner. They went above an beyond. They gave me ideas when I wasn't sure what to do. But the most important They had a project manager come daily an check the progress on the porch. I can't say enough good about this company. I'm planning on having this company do a siding, window, gutter job on my house in the near future. I wouldn't use anyone else.
